Billie Eilish, HIT ME HARD AND SOFT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❌

Billie Eilish is back with her third album. Now, 2024 has been pretty hit or miss for the major pop artists so far, but thankfully Billie pulls through here.

It starts off with a very melodramatic opening track, and then goes into the lead single, “LUNCH,” which is a fun celebration of Billie recently coming out as queer, and she leaves nothing to the imagination when it comes to what she wants to be eating these days. But then the album dips down into this more low key vibe, and stays there for a good while.

But just as you find yourself thinking, “Man, this is kind of boring.” BAM! Billie hits you over the head with a great side 2. Each song on the second half of the album is more eccentric, fun, and more ambitious. Honestly, these five songs are some of the best music this year has had to offer.

Favorite song: “THE DINER”
